Terms of sale
The purchase of products made through Carparts4you.lv is subject to Latvian law and governed by the following terms:
Purchase
The products are presented on the website with a description that allows the buyer to know the relevant main features and their price.
The buyer chooses the product(s) they intend to purchase.
The Buyer confirms their selection of Product(s) and acknowledges and accepts these Terms and Conditions of Purchase by clicking confirm.
At this point, the amount of the order is charged, except in cases where payment has been made in advance (namely by bank transfer or otherwise).
SIA Carparts4you undertakes to confirm and/or inform of the availability of the Product(s) ordered by the Buyer within a maximum period of 48 hours from receipt of the information as set out in clause 4) above.
Once the order is confirmed, a message (email, text message or otherwise) is sent to the Buyer to inform them of the dispatch or cancellation of the order.
In the event of a full or partial order confirmation, the termination clause, which forms part of the purchase agreement concluded between the Buyer and SIA Carparts4you, will not be undertaken and as such SIA Carparts4you will undertake to dispatch the order within the time period stipulated.
In the event that all or part of the Products ordered by the Buyer are confirmed as available, the aforementioned Products will be shipped by SIA Carparts4you
The item(s) shall be deemed to have been received on the date on which the Buyer or a third party other than the carrier takes physical possession of the item(s) or, in the case of multiple items ordered by the Buyer in a single order and delivered separately, on the date on which the Buyer or a third party other than the carrier takes physical possession of the last item.
Price and payment
The purchase price of the product is determined by SIA Carparts4you
For shipments within the European Union, the quoted price includes all taxes, fees and shipping costs in cart.
All orders are charged in euros.
The currency converter is for informational purposes only and should not be considered accurate or real-time; actual rates may vary. Obvious errors (including typographical errors) are not binding.
