1. Eligibility for Returns

Items can be returned within 14 days of receiving the order.

Products must be unused, in their original packaging, and in the same condition as received.

Proof of purchase (invoice or order confirmation) is required for all returns.

2. Non-Returnable Items

Customized or specially ordered parts.

Electrical components (e.g., sensors, control modules) if the packaging seal is broken.

Items that have been installed, used, or damaged after delivery.

3. Process for Returns

Contact Carparts4you.lv customer service via email or phone to initiate a return.

Provide the order number, product details, and reason for return.

Await confirmation and instructions on how to proceed.

4. Shipping Costs

Return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer, except in cases of:

Wrong item delivered.

Product arriving damaged or defective.

If eligible, Carparts4you.lv will provide a prepaid return label.

5. Refunds

Refunds will be processed within 14 days after the returned item is received and inspected.

Refunds will be issued to the original payment method.

Shipping fees for the original order are non-refundable unless the return is due to a company error.

6. Exchange Policy

Exchanges are subject to product availability.

Customers can request an exchange when contacting customer service for the return.

7. Damaged or Defective Products

If the product arrives damaged or defective, report it to customer service within 48 hours of delivery.
