Use of the Site by third parties implies acceptance of these Terms and Conditions ("T&C") by its users.
Access to the Site
SIA Carparts4you, as owner of the Site, may at any time prohibit access to third parties, namely for repair or maintenance activities. In addition, SIA Carparts4you has the right to disable the Site at any time in the event of a circumstance it deems justified.
Intellectual property rights
SIA Carparts4you owns the copyright to all text, drawings, images, graphics and other content that is displayed on the site.
Users may not reproduce, copy, modify, sell or use these items without prior written consent from SIA Carparts4you.
Privacy and processing of personal data
For the purposes of creating an account, Site users will always be asked to provide a contact email and password. It is the user's responsibility to keep these details secure and to change them in the event that there are signs of unauthorised use of the account by an unauthorised third party.
Similarly, if the data or personal information provided by users undergoes changes, they are required to update these items.
Without making any prior assessments, the privacy of Site Users is of particular concern to SIA Carparts4you To this end, we have approved a Privacy Policy, on the basis of which the general applicable principles on the collection and processing of personal data are defined and to which we will adhere in the strictest sense.

Terms of sale
The purchase of products made through Carparts4you.lv is subject to Latvian law and governed by the following terms:
Purchase
The products are presented on the website with a description that allows the buyer to know the relevant main features and their price.
The buyer chooses the product(s) they intend to purchase.
The Buyer confirms their selection of Product(s) and acknowledges and accepts these Terms and Conditions of Purchase by clicking confirm.
At this point, the amount of the order is charged, except in cases where payment has been made in advance (namely by bank transfer or otherwise).
SIA Carparts4you undertakes to confirm and/or inform of the availability of the Product(s) ordered by the Buyer within a maximum period of 48 hours from receipt of the information as set out in clause 4) above.
Once the order is confirmed, a message (email, text message or otherwise) is sent to the Buyer to inform them of the dispatch or cancellation of the order.
In the event of a full or partial order confirmation, the termination clause, which forms part of the purchase agreement concluded between the Buyer and SIA Carparts4you, will not be undertaken and as such SIA Carparts4you will undertake to dispatch the order within the time period stipulated.
In the event that all or part of the Products ordered by the Buyer are confirmed as available, the aforementioned Products will be shipped by SIA Carparts4you
The item(s) shall be deemed to have been received on the date on which the Buyer or a third party other than the carrier takes physical possession of the item(s) or, in the case of multiple items ordered by the Buyer in a single order and delivered separately, on the date on which the Buyer or a third party other than the carrier takes physical possession of the last item.
Price and payment
The purchase price of the product is determined by SIA Carparts4you
For shipments within the European Union, the quoted price includes all taxes, fees and shipping costs in the cart.
All orders are charged in euros.
The currency converter is for informational purposes only and should not be considered accurate or real-time; actual rates may vary. Obvious errors (including typographical errors) are not binding.
The order can be paid by one of the following methods:
Bank transfer, online banking or card payment
Right of withdrawal
The customer is aware that all products sold by SIA Carparts4you are used parts originating from vehicles involved in road accidents, ready to be used in other vehicles.
Under the terms of current legislation, the Buyer has a period of 14 (fourteen) days from receipt of the ordered product(s) to exercise its right to free cancellation, without paying compensation and without having to give a reason.
The right of withdrawal must always be exercised by the Buyer in writing, by email or by post. The Buyer may use the withdrawal form contained in Appendix I to these General Terms and Conditions, or by any other statement that is unambiguous as to withdrawal.
In the event of exercising the right of free cancellation within the aforementioned period, only the price of the purchased Product(s) and the respective delivery costs shall be paid. Return shipping costs shall be borne by the Buyer.
The product(s) must be returned in its original condition and complete packaging, with all accessories , instruction manual, etc., in the same way as it was sent, within 14 (fourteen) days from the message of number 2 mentioned above, to the headquarters of SIA Carparts4you in Latvia.
Buyer is responsible for providing proof of timely return of Product(s).
If you withdraw from the contract on these terms, you are entitled to a refund of all payments made, including the cost of delivery (excluding any additional costs arising from your choice of a delivery method other than the cheapest normal delivery method offered by us), within 14 days of the date on which you notified your decision to withdraw. However, SIA Carparts4you shall be entitled, except in cases where it voluntarily takes the Product(s), to withhold the refund until receipt of the returned Product(s).
The right of return should apply exclusively to products that can be returned in the same conditions in which they were received by the consumer, and we will therefore, upon receipt of the Product(s), examine them to verify that they are in the same conditions in which the consumer received them. No refunds will be given if the Product(s) have been used or have been damaged, so the consumer should take care when handling the Product(s) in question.
We will process the refund using the same payment method used for the original transaction, unless there is an explicit request from you to do otherwise. In any event, you will not pay any taxes on said refund.
Under applicable legal conditions, the right of withdrawal cannot be exercised in respect of a product from which the warranty and the integrity seal have been removed or which has been tampered with.
The exercise of the right of withdrawal shall not preclude the right of the consumer to examine with due care the characteristics and performance of the product.
The consumer may be liable for the depreciation of the goods if the manipulation undertaken in order to check the condition, characteristics and performance of the goods exceeds the manipulation normally permitted in any commercial establishment.
The Buyer may also be held liable for any diminution in value of the Products as a result of their delivery to Carparts4you.
Non-compliant/defective product
It is necessary to return any non-conforming/damaged product to SIA Carparts4you.
SIA Carparts4you will send, in case one is in stock, a product with equivalent characteristics and price. If this is not possible, the order amount will be refunded to the buyer.
Incorrectly labelled product
If SIA Carparts4you is responsible for the error, the procedure is the same as for a Non-Conforming Product, i.e. the product must be returned to SIA Carparts4you and if a product with equivalent features and price is in stock, it will be sent to the Buyer.
In the case of products that have the same reference and yet are not compatible, SIA Carparts4you is not responsible for this incompatibility and therefore the Buyer should always check that the product he/she is buying is suitable for his/her vehicle.
All spareparts come with a 90-day warranty. The item must be returned with full packaging to prevent further damage during the shipping. The warranty does not cover any labour/garage charges or or shipping costs. All our items are SECURITY MARKED. If the returned part won't match the condition, overall look or make of the part that we sent to you - warranty will be voided and NO refunds will be issued. Same goes for any tampered, dismantled and incomplete parts.

Whenever warranted, SIA Carparts4you. may turn to subcontractors who are deemed to be persons or entities that process personal data, a fact that is given with the implied consent of users of the Site.
In particular, recourse to Subcontractors will be made for the purposes of: managing the business relationship between SIA Carparts4you and companies that provide logistics, sales and delivery services, payment processing and invoicing, guaranteeing due diligence and back-office operations, namely technical and operational support and assistance necessary for the operation of the Site, and any others deemed necessary and/or convenient, at any time.
The subcontractors used by SIA Carparts4you will implement all technical and organizational measures adequate to protect the personal data transmitted by you in such a way as to ensure the protection of the rights and interests of the holders.

Access to and use of the Site by Users does not involve the collection or processing of personal data. However, when a User creates a profile on the Site, certain data will be collected, the nature of which varies depending on the purpose associated with it. The personal data provided in connection with your use of the Site will be processed and stored in a computer database specifically created for this purpose, and is mandatory to provide as it is necessary and obligatory for the performance of the following purposes: (i) to manage your registration as a user of the Site; (ii) to develop, execute and perform the purchase or service agreement you have entered into with us on the Site; (iii) to satisfy orders you place through the customer service department; (iv) for marketing
Rights of personal data holders
